I guess I should be more specific about the space.  Front seat headroom better, front
and rear seat leg room better and trunk space is bigger compared to the A3 chassis.
Rear seat headroom is less though due to the new rear roof design.   If you look at the
Golf GTi's, the A4 chassis is bigger in every respect compared to the A3 chassis.
