I really hate to prolong a tire thread, but I figured at the very least
someone could use more info....

I just picked up a set of the new Kumho Ecsta 712's (spot any sexual
innuendos here?? hmm). Let me just say, for $64/tire, you absolutely cannot
lose. Excellent wet/dry grip, quiet on the road, and compliant too. 

We all know about the cheapskate in us. Do it for his sake.
