Highly doubtful... but I never say never.

Why would another team take him if he is a loser?  Unless they are sending
another loser for him with a longer contract than Joe.  (to free up cap 
space)

Which would mean that we traded Billups for nothing.  (ok... maybe some 
cap money) 

Bad trade idea all around in my opinion.
