Give them a chance

This is a Canadian Celtics fan who has watched all celt games for the 
last 5 yrs. I realize that of trades have beeen made recently but 
please let the college kids at least get the suitcases unpacked. It 
takes a long time in the NBA to be an effective point guard. The 
Celts groomed David Wesley for thje hornets.  Avery Johnson took 
several yrs.ect. Yes there are impact players at this position but 
are they doing it at both ends or only on offense?  If you make a 
move for salary cap reasons or to move one of the 5 two guards fine.  
But if you drafted for the future, then lets wait more than one week 
to see if you can play that spot. Hopefully you don't have to play
