Of course, there are all the wheel cleaners that can help with this;
otherwise, I suggest replacing your brake pads with "Mintex Red Box"
pads, which have much lower dust than factory pads.
If yours is a 95, you may need new brakes anyway, when you replace
them, get the Mintex Red Box pads. If cost is an issue, the rears
aren't used as much as the front for braking, so get the fronts
replaced with the Red Box pads.
Otherwise, it seems like once the brake dust starts caking on, it
just gets harder and harder to clean them, therefore, clean them more
often to make cleaning easier each time you do it.
Alternatively, you can do what my friend with a 1993 Corrado SLC did
with his BBS's... sell them. (Actually, he gave them to some kid
working at a dealership. Lucky guy huh?)
He found some cool 5 spoke VWAG wheels at an auto recycling place in
the area, and bought them cheap. Thinking back on it, I should have
told him to hold on to them, and mount winter tires on them instead.
He went out and bought a Cherokee for winter driving, so I guess that
might work better than a Corrado with winter tires. ;)
