can't stand my jetta right now

I am in desperate need of some advise from someone on the list that has
experienced either of these two problems.
first annoying problem: 
 I have a 98 glx, it hasn't had any real problems yet, and it just
turned 45k miles. All of a sudden out of nowhere, my front passenger
window has started shuddering, big time when I hit the button and the
window first goes down. I had my car in for it's 45k mile maint. and had
them look at the window.  They said they lubed the track up real good
and said for me to wait and see if the problem persists.  Not only does
it still shutter, but my driver window is doing it now just a bad.  What
the hell?  They still roll up perfect, except I am noticing sticky rub
streaks on both windows and a rubbing noise from both sides upon roll
up, except on the driver side it sounds like something is actually
getting stuck to the window.  Figures!    

 Second short problem: 
  all four of my doors have been making the most annoying rubbery
squeaking noises you could ever imagine.  I am pretty sure the noise is
coming from the weather stripping for each door.  sounds like the door
is just moving tiny amounts when I go over pumps, causing the rubber to
squeak against the paint.  OK,  SO How Can I Get Rid Of It.  I have
tried everything I can imagine.  cleaning the crap out out it, rubber
protectants, I even tried a little baby powder on the rubber.  I'm going
to go mad, if I don't get it figured out.
