The following category in Yahoo should display a reasonable number (at least

50) sites that are selling tires online:

    Business and Economy > Companies > Automotive > Shopping and Services >
Parts > Tires 

There may be others, but that's a pretty good start.  I haven't owned a 
passenger car in 7 years, so I haven't used either of the two sites noted
previously, but I have used National Tire & Wheel and Tyres International 
to help me dicker with Discount Tire on the price of light truck tires.
