I noticed that one of the sounds that annoyed me was the seatbelts 
clicking together. I don't know if this is your problem, but the way 
to solve this is to pull your bottom seat cushion forward (as if you 
were putting the seat down).

Then spread the two seatbelt buckle holders, and replace the cushion. 
If that's not it, you may need to seek out the door tape options that 
surely others will mention.
