Re: 25 Wins?

Hey Dan:

The celtics play Lakers, Cavaliers, Bulls, Heat and Bucks not in this order
though for there next 5 games. I see no reason to get intimidated by
names..Lakers without Shaq is not that formidable a team and let's see how
they react to the press, for all you know, all those flashy no-look, behind
the back passes could result in turnovers.

I have the C's down to a 42-40 season and will stick by it. Pervis yesterday
played for 18 min and once he starts scoring, I think Pitino will start him
over Knight and we will get our other scorer in the paint. Dee too is
playing very well and if he starts taking it to the hoop, he will be the
player that we thought he will be <Can't belive I am saying that after
chastisizing them the whole summer>. Suddenly Pitino's prophecy about these
two, which we thought was a smoke screen, is bearing fruits. Seeing the
celtics perform, the old adage that "you got to have talent to win in NBA"
sounds very cut and dried but RP's system is demonstrating that it can be
defeated by superior teamwork and unselfish play. - MIshra
