How is it that you can assess already that Billups can't shoot?  I don't 
think shooting is his problem at this stage.  Decision-making maybe.  If 
you think back to last year, Antoine's shooting was awful for the most 
part wasn't it?  

Give Billups a break here.  After all, he should be entering his Junior 
year.  All things considered, he's done better than I thought he would.  
If Walker could improve the shooting facet of his game over the summer, 
what makes you think that Billups cannot improve his, or other phases of 
his game such as penetrating and dishing off the break?

Gary Payton struggled in this league his first few years.
