Billups as a 2 Guard?

Billups is getting a little better but he still loves to shot before
even thinking about passing.  If you look at billups build, it seems
similar to Minor's.  Billups is muscular but a little shorter.  With
Billups desire to shoot his little pull up jumper and the fact he's
not afraid to drive in traffic, wouldn't it make sense to try him out
in the two spot and look for another point guard?  This guy hates to
pass.
