Pitino Bandwagon around the league?

I was watching CNNSI last night and saw a simple analysis of the Celtics
and the Toronto Raptors' defense. What strange is the Raptors are going
to play pressing defense also. What will happen when the Raptors press
the Celtics? Right now, turnovers because the C's don't have a true ball
handling pg except for short Edney. Interesting match-up when they play,
eh?
