Pitino doesn't exactly have an easy task of turning a group of raw talent
into title contenders, especially when fans have the noose ready after 4
games, all of which were against the top teams in the conference. Wait
until 20-30 games into the season after we've played the 76er's, Kings,
Clippers, and Warriors of the league. I also believe that by this time
the players will be in the condition they need to be in to play high-pressure
D and shoot the ball effectively at the other end. The Knicks weren't un
overnight success either when Pitino took over, and he had the luxury of a
Patrick Ewing to bolster his defense. Travis Knight isn't there yet.
