I agree completly. Play Billups and let him work through his growing
pains. If he doesn't work out, do something next year. As for our
shooting percentages, don't expect it to get much better because the
team Pitino has assembled IS A JUMP SHOOTING TEAM ONLY. We have NO post
up player(s) at all. Not even Walker is a post up player. This team is
almost identical as far as the type assembled as RP's first team as Ky.
When we don't force turnovers and the jumpers aren't falling, we will
lose big and ugly to everyone we play. We just have to live with it.
It will be better in a couple of months, but 25-30 wins this season will
be max barring a major trade. Speaking of trades, wouldn't Eric
Williams low post game look awfully good about now? Oh, I forgot we had
to sign Mills, wait, he is in NY along with our 2 2nd round picks.
Don't everyone fuss at once, I still think RP is the best on the floor
coach in basketball period and time will prove that, but I HIGHLY
question his moves thus far. Everyone keep there heads up, it will all
work out. Troy from Kentucky.
