I'm sorry, I cannot give you a detailed answer at once. Up to now, I have been
seeing TKAA only twice, and both times I only thought (after two or three
subordinate clauses already): `What a boooooring question!'
I think that my brother has video-taped TKAA, but most likely I won't visit him
before August (though I will meet him before at the Hyde Park show :-) ). So
you will probably have to wait a couple of months for my thorough analysis of
said interview.
