I'm not sure if you should use more than soap&water.  I used to use
Eagle-1 A2Z Wheel cleaner on my ABT A03's, but I'm now noticing an ugly
haze on the non-polished sections of my rims.  I think your best bet would
be to stick with soap&water while using a good sponge, or you might have
better luck with diluted Simple Green.  Simple Green is some of the best
cleaner for other parts of the car (ie. engine).
