Jetta GLX Homepage needs a new home
Hello all!
First, ironically, most of you probably don't know me, but way back in 1995
I started a site that I called the "Jetta GLX Homepage" back when there were
only a few of us on the Internet. It was amazingly successful and soon
became quite a bit of work as things were much less automated in those days
as far as webmastering tasks were concerned. I apologize for not keeping
things up to snuff. I'm sorry for that.
Second, I'd like to thank Paul Moriarty for starting up, hosting, and
maintaining this majordomo service and keeping the enthusiasm out there...
everyone give him a big pat on the back.
Third, I've finally accepted that I'll never really have time to maintain
and grow the site, so I'm relinquishing it to a worthy enthusiast that wants
the challenge keeping it alive...(if someone wants to that is). Keep in
mind it still receives on the order of 10K hits/month and is still in the
top 5 returns for Jetta GLX in most search engines. I'd have to give first
dibs to Paul M. or any of the others that are here from the very early
days...
If you're interested, please send an email directly to me, as I'll be
fading off the list as it moves to the new "Mailman" package...
Thanks,
chip
