intakes...

greetings

i have a 96 glx and i had wanted to put an intake on it. i've found a few 
and i was wondering if there's any big difference. i see that abd has 
one-quick flow-for about $110 and neuspeed has one for about $150-pflow. are 
there any major differences b/w these besides price? it seems like they are 
both just the k&n plus a mounting bracket. also, how often do you need to 
clean the k&n??

and a silly question to go along with that...anyone know a good brand for a 
sunroof deflector?? i tried one from rapidparts..."airpress"...and had to 
return it cause it didn't fit right and the sales people said that they've 
been having problems with that particular kind. should i just get one from a 
dealer or does anyone know a better deal for one that clips on.

any help would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
