I don't have them, but most people argue that the Jetta isn't really 
in bad shape in the rear because of the rear shelf that keeps things 
solid in back. Plus, rear sway bars add unsightly and impractical 
bars in your trunk.

Many people that get sway bars get the front sway bars only.

My advice is to get your suspension (sport springs/shocks) and see 
how you like it. If you still don't like body roll when taking 
corners, then you should look into getting a sway bar added.
