I called a bunch of places in central NJ and the Lehigh Valley.  The
cheapest I found was in Easton and it was about $25 per tire, most in NJ
were around $40 per tire (including everything).  Hence the reason I let the
local shop special order my Potenzas.  good luck.

Don't know of any places near your area, but expect to pay something like 
$10 mount each tire
$10 balance each tire
$2 valve stems each tire
$2 dispose each old tire

I paid around $90 total for mine.
