I think I can get Kelly Chargers fairly inexpensively-- any opinions 
on those tires? I was considering Toyo Proxes FZ4's or Z1's (for 
water handling) but if I get a great deal on the Chargers, I may go 
with them instead. How are Chargers in terms of performance and in 
terms of wet handling?
