Ryan,

   I would highly recommend the Air & Water short shift kit.   Works great,
it takes about 100 miles to work it in but after that its smooth as silk.
cost about 175 with core charge, alot cheaper than the Nspeed shifter.   A&W
also gives detailed instructions if you want to do it yourself.
