16x7.5, 5x100, +40mm offset -- Will they fit ok?

Does anyone know if this wheel size will fit okay on a
A3 Jetta VR6?  I'm looking into getting some wheels
and  came across some guy whose selling some with
these specs.  Don't know if there will be any
clearance issues.  Anyone using these size wheels?
