tires larger than stock

I have seen some good prices on tires sized 205/55ZR15, and I was wondering
how much that five percent over stock affects speed-o error, handling, road
comfort, etc. Thoughts?
Tires were:
Goodyear Eagle F1 GS (I know, the stock GA's are Goodyear, I only give it a
second thought because Ferrari used to run on Goodyear rubber in F1, and
'cause it's got "F1" in the name...)
Dunlop SP Sport 8000

I love my RE71s - 20K+ and still more tread
                                   than Lincoln's head,
but it's time to replace them, and although the reader polls at Tirerack.com
place the 8000s .1-.2 points above the Potenzas in several categories, the
RE71s *WAY* outperformed the Dunlops in their actual track testing, so unless
the 8000's were cheaper, I'd go with RE71s for round two - THEY ROCK.
