If you want a really, really good penetrating spray, Blaster makes a great
product.  It comes in an aerosol can, like brake cleaner.  The product looks
extremely cheasy on the shelf, but trust me it works.  Spray some on, wait
a few minutes, and subsequent bolt removal is much easier.  Handy for all of
your suspension bolt removals, particularly those under high torque.  

I also spray it on any metal item that has had a label or sticker applied to

it, in which the sticker doesn't want to come off.  15 minutes later the 
sticker slides off...

A can is only ~$4.  I get my supply from the local Napa dealer.
