RE: Old Farts

Fortunately (or unfortunately, depending on how you look at it) I've got
Bill beat by a few years. After doing the family sedan routine for quite a
few years and having to drive a Chevy work van for a previous job, I decided
I needed something fun to drive again. So, I bought my GLX last May -- and
I've loved every minute of it! You know that new Jetta ad where the old guy
sneaks out of the rest home and heads for Las Vegas with his grandson? That
will probably be me some day. Only, I'll be sneaking out to drive my OWN...
whatever's the latest model at that time.

My memories of high school are pretty distant, but I still have an
occasional nightmare where I'm taking finals in my senior year and I fail my
last test and they don't let me graduate. That didn't really happen, but for
some reason I keep dreaming that it did.
