power steering?

Hey there Dubber's,,,,

I have been experiencing an VERY intermittent issue with the power steering....... the issue is occasionally it seems to change the amount of assist or lack there of... upon turn-in.... more often than not it occurs in a parking situation (slow speed) and in the rain.... the belt is tight and fluid is at a good level?

Any ideas? or have any of you had this happen too?
