Dampness/Water Under Passenger's Front Seat????

I'm experiencing a dampness/water problem under the front passenger's side
seat.   I believe this is happening when the air conditioner is running.
Could it be possible that the condensation line is plugged and/or the drip pan
is over flowing and running down the floor boards, under the carpet, to this
specific area???  Anyone experiencing the same problem?  Please respond as
this is very irritating.
