[actual article snipped because I didn't want to see it for a third
time on the List.]
What crap. Kelly Dwyer is a guy (and I'm pretty sure it's a male)
who used to contribute to Onhoops.com, back in the day. Maybe he
still does, I don't know. A self-confessed Laker fan, Dwyer hates
the Celtics (makes you wonder how soon he'll get the call to write
for the Globe), and his "journalistic" style is characterized by him
trying to cleverly insult teams/players/coaches he doesn't like,
while not-so-subtly trying to jock the teams/players/coaches he does
enjoy -- which are da Bulls, PJax, and the new Lakers, as far as I
can tell. Instead of the truth, his "article" looked liked so much
retread hogwash: same old speculation and mischaracterization.
Poultrino's gone after this year, Walker's a headcase, team sucks,
blah blah blah.
It did nothing to change my stance that I'd rather eat my own left
arm then listen to what this guy has to say.
Regards,
Bill
