I think he has the chances to be a real good point, but this still needs to
be proven.  His outside shooting ability is what really will be tested.  If
he can't hit it regularly he may simply be  another Brian Shaw or Jason
Kidd.  

Personally I would package him and Walker for McDyess and Bobby Jackson.  I
just like McDyess's explosive potential better than Walker's.

I read today that Todd Day took a contract at league minimum with Miami,
and Phoenix, L.A, and Seattle were interested in McDyess.  I would not be
surprised to see Jerry West send Elden Campbell & Van Exel or Eddie Jones 
to Denver for Mcdyess, but I believe something similar was offered at draft
time, but Campbell's $7M a year was too hard to swallow.

I also read the Lakers have offered Eddie Jones in a package for Kemp but
Seattle wanted them to take Macilvaine.

We better hope the Lakers don't land Kemp or Mcdyess.  Either of these &
Shaq would be a formidable front line the Celtics could not stop with their
current roster.
