I saw the game where Tree bit Danny. I never understood why people insisted
it was the other way around. Danny was every bit as much a part of those
winning Celtics teams of the 80's as were the others. I always liked him,
he indeed was a fierce competitor and he's doing a fine job with Phoenix.
His number should be retired someday too, when he's out of the NBA, though
he's still young and from the looks of things, will be coaching for some
time to come. Good for him, and if you heard/saw the interviews with him,
you see he has class, too. He's a Celtic, and he will tell you that.Dorine
