Watching Pitino

One of the most enjoyable things about what will surely be a successful
season is watching how coach Pitino manipulates the defensive strategy
of the game.  Many said his pressing style would not work, as if he
hadn't the brains to employ it variously as needed.  Some games it's pure
helter skelter, others he waits and waits until the right time.  I love it.

Who knows how he will try and outwit the Lakers?  It's good to have a
coach who is ready for each game and shows that each game is
different, requiring different strategy.

PS:  What matchups tonight--Billups vs. Van Exel, Mercer and Jones,
McCarty v. Fox or Kobe;  we may not win those tonight, but it won't be
long.
