I think you should separate personal feelings from basketball decisions.  I
could be Rick Pitino's best buddy, and there's no way he'd give me minutes
on the Celtics.  That doesn't mean, or even suggest, that he hates him.
There are a ton of reasons why he might not be getting the minutes you
would like to see him get, and while this list was created for just such
speculation, sometimes we lose sight of the fact that that is all it is.
