Chauncey draft letter

For those who responded wishing to add their names to a "boost
Chauncey" letter, here is a draft.  If you want to add your names, let me
know and I will--after polishing this up.  (I agree that separate notes are
more effective, however.)

Dear Chauncey,

I'm a long-time Celtics fan and also a member of the Celtics Mailing List
that discusses everything related to the Celtics every day.  We have had
a few weeks of discussion about your situation with the coach and the
team and I wanted to write and tell you of our overwhelming support for
you as a Boston Celtic.

We admit that we don't get much inside dope at all; we don't know how
well you are handling this transition or what the coach is really up to, but
we certainly recognize your talent and positive attitude.  I hope you are
capable of taking a few deep breaths when it gets tough and keep
learning and playing for all you're worth.  Time is all you need and in a
first season you have lots of time to put it together.

Hang in there.  We think you've got what the Celts need to bring back
another championship.
