I'm with the 'get a bagel and wait' crowd.  I think it's too early to 
panic over Billups play so far.  But I agree it might be easier on 
Billups to come off the bench rather than start.

I have to say I'm surprised by Bowen's play so far, considering 
his lack of previous NBA playing time.  He also seemed to be able 
to handle the ball better and make better choices than Billups and 
our point guards are doing at the moment.

Both he and Mercer seem to be among the few new Celts that 
seem relatively consistant and don't seem to fall apart when 
things get ugly as in the game against the Knicks.  So there 
are some good signs even in a game like last night's.

Speaking of last Knight's game (sorry ....) Travis 
also had a nice game around the high post.
Now, if we could just convince Patrick and the other 
big centers of the league to play there .....:-)
