There is a company out of Florida called 1-800-Pro-Team, they've got tons
of stuff.  I myself live in Canada and I got my Walker jersey from them. 
You can call at 1-800-Pro-Team or their on the web, http://www.Proteam.com
you can get a catolog ordered from their, but I recommend phoning, you'll
get the catolog a helluva lot faster.
