It's ok guys, we've been in the doldrums for 11 years. You were due some
skepticism.

Doesn't this feel GREAT!!!  We won the first game of the season, already
1/15 of the total wins from last tear!!!!   .......and against DA
BULLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our guys were hungry, intense, and had fun!!!!!!  and so did we!!!!

Pitino was the master strategist, letting the Bulls get comfortable by
pounding us, and then when they were tired, we whipped them (even
throughout Jordan time, which was more the refs doing than MJ).....this
reminds me of Rocky (did anyone else hear the Rocky theme song over the
p.a. system?)

This does not mean a championship for us, but we now have hope,
legitimacy, respect.....This season is going to be very healing for us,
bitter, wounded, die-hard Celtics fans!!!
