I never said I didn't like them, only that I didn't know them.  Actually,
I've liked Billups all along - something about him, I figured he'd get it
together, and he certainly did in this game.  When Bird was playing, even
though it goes without saying you liked him, my favorite was DJ.

And I have to add, the Bulls not being at full strength is redundant.
They're the reigning champions, and the loss of one player (Pippin)
shouldn't make that much difference.  Jordan missing yes, Pippin, no.  And
I don't ever want Pippin in a Celtic uniform, no matter how good he is.
It was a very exciting game after the first quarter, and I think we have a
right to rejoice.  Nobody, including most of us on this list, thought
they'd do it, judging by the preseason.  Great way to start the season,
get everyone all fired up.  I also like McCarty, did from the minute he
stepped foot on the floor.
